Shipping policy

Please be aware that all orders are processed within 3-5 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays).

• Orders ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.
• Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
• All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

SHIPPING RATES: Beginning January 1, 2022, we will begin shipping via UPS. New shipping rates are as follows:

• UPS Mail: $9.99 (3-5 business days)
• UPS Expedited Mail: $30.00 (2 business days)
• UPS Economy Mail:$8.00 (5-8 business days)

Ellerbe's Boutique is NOT responsible for any delivery delays caused by lost or stolen, and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid delays in your order's delivery date.
